On the morning of your arrival, you will receive your check-in details, including the access codes for your accommodation - Please keep an eye out!
**There will be an information folder within the accommodation - please read this carefully.**
Fflat Aberglaslyn is located on the top floor of The Townhouse
Ystafell Gelert is located on the top floor of The Townhouse
Fflat Eryri is located on the 1st floor and directly above a restaurant - during peak times, there may be a slight noise disturbance from below but we are working on providing soundproofing measures to areas of the building shortly.
If you use the postcode LL55 4UY, it should guide you to our street. Keep an eye out for a large blue building called 'Hebog' with a garden/patio area opposite. Our apartment is above this building and the door to enter can be found on the right-hand side.
Unfortunately we do not have allocated parking for our property but there is free parking along the street on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, there is a car park just a 2-minute walk down the road, named Colwyn Banc Car Park. They charge £5.50 for 24 hours.

On the morning of your arrival, you will be sent the access codes for your accommodation.
This includes our smart lock , located on the handle of the main entrance door.
- The key to your accommodation will be located in a lockbox by the door to your room. Again, the pin for this will be sent in your pre-arrival message on the morning of arrival.
Due to the size of the accommodation, we allow up to 2 small to medium sized dogs upon arrangement. Please contact us if you would like to add your dog if you have not done so already.

Check out is by 10am.
Please ensure you have all of your belongings.
We will only hold any left belongings for a maximum of 24 hours, should we not be contacted. We are happy to return items at the postage cost.
Upon check-out, please place your key back into the key box and jumble the code
